Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Parish is a church in Barangay David of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, Philippines. Established in 2011, it is under the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan and through the pastoral care of the Congregation of the Mission (Vincentian Fathers).
